Finishing an Unfinished Garden Bed and Retaining Wall

Some outdoor spaces just get stuck. A half-built retaining wall, overgrown beds, old landscape fabric peeling up at the edges - it's the kind of thing that sits on a homeowner's to-do list for years. Not because they don't care, but because getting it across the finish line takes a real plan and the time to execute it properly.
